Heating your Cabin

The Grey House is heated by both electric heat in the washroom and back bedroom, and the gas fireplace in the main room.

The thermostat for the gas fireplace is in the north east corner of the main room should you need it this summer, and the electric heat is controlled on the radiators in each room.

Fire Safety

There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchenette, and we ask that you ensure the portable fire-pit and bbq are turned off before bed.

Hot Water

The sink in your kitchenette has its own hot water tank located under your sink, and the hot water in the shower/tub is on demand from the water shack next to your cabin.
